★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I get $20 prepay top ups and three times in 5 minutes the money is all used up and when I ask about it they say I use it on my data when I make sure my data is always off. Was told I would get a full refund and they sent an email saying I would get it within two days and they never refunded me. Waste of time trying to call and talk to them. Worst phone service ever

Especially to Ben, for his time and dedication to help me in the process of sending and receiving my device to the insurer (it was a complex process since my device was delivered in Wellington). Unfortunately my experience in the Wellington store was not good, however in Whanganui they knew how to attend to my needs and provide me with excellent service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely hopeless. For a telephone company it is impossible to contact them by phone. Called first thing today to collect a repaired phone but they wouldn't give it to me without authority. Fair enough but the chap in the shop said he would contact her. By 3pm and she hadn't been contacted I went back in because you can't phone them and he said he was texting her then. NO TEXT was received so guess I have to make a trip to them again. Would be so much easier to phone in
