β β β β β I originally rated this op shop 1 star but theres a new manager who is very positive and is slowly transforming the place, Prices on clothing still too high though. I wish her the best of luck.

β β β β β I'm absolutely disgusted with the Levin shop. I bought something as I alway support the charity shop. However it wasn't a pair of curtains but one curtain, which in other shops advise one curtain. It was thick . However for $15
I took it back, a lovely lady named Sharon, said no problem I hunted for some thing to buy and only found a dish for $5, I took to the desk and another women, was saying and over talking me that she couldn't refund the $10, I said a credit Nite would be fine. Then Sharon the lovely lady returned and explained to the small lady with glasses what was. Happening and the little lady kept over talking Sharon. I suffer with anxiety and in the end left the shop unhappy, no curtain or my money back. I'm a pensioner and on a tight budget.

β β β β β Lovely lady who served us, and gave us a nice little discount for buying a few items here. Not too sure why the 1 star reviews here, maybe it's just a case of small town politics.. there are a few op shops here! Definitely recommend coming though :)

β β β β β Ok shop but slightly annoying it doesn't open until 10am where the rest of the op shops are open at 9am or 9:30 at the latest. Most of the staff donβt wear masks.
