He went and found the right item for me in his warehouse and kindly arranged to get it sent up to my local Auckland store, overnight. Shame on you Auckland stores (3 that I tried) who couldn't be bothered helping me out. Sit up and take a leaf out of Ian's book. Exceptional :)
