I say Marina is patient, well organised, structured but flexible. Also she is passionate about the Italian language and culture, often organising interesting events for students to learn in different environments and ways.

The lessons are extremely practical, to help you get by in everyday situations. Having fun while learning is also very important to Marina. Highly recommended

Marina is highly qualified as well as experienced meaning she can modify the lesson easily and quickly to each individual's needs. Highly recommended. Basic grammar rules are incorporated into daily situations, making learning particularly enjoyable.

I wanted to begin to speak more in Italian, and we have focused on that in class, and I have already made a lot of progress. The lessons are always well-planned, targeted to my learning goals, and enjoyable. The tasks are clear and the homework is linked to the grammar I am learning. I like that Marina has a wide vocabulary and clear pronunciation in both English and Italian – this really helps with explaining concepts and understanding grammar and word meanings and helps with my Italian pronunciation too. I highly recommend!
