★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely come in here again, the best optometrist and very helpful staffs that temporary repair my old glasses. They have different beautiful style of frames to select with. Thank you so much. ?
Sadly I can’t go there again I moved to Auckland.
And I haven’t used my Gold ticket Because it’s expired and need to buy another pair again because my one snapped.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very impressed indeed with the professional way that Allan Franklin conducted the whole process of selecting and fitting my wife with a pair of Specsavers' Audiology hearing aids. The initial testing, device selection and fitting were well received by someone who, like most people, was new to hearing aids and naturally apprehensive. But within a very short time using the aids has become routine, helped by the multiple visits Specsavers schedule to educate and fine tune their operation. Good ongoing Specsavers' support is a given, too. The ultimate plus is that the price seems literally half what is charged by other providers for exactly the same devices.

From the Lady in her first week who was so attentive and has a beautiful energy ( sorry I can't remember her name ) , to Max for helping me choose my frames and took the time to work out that raised bifocals would be the way to go ! To Andrew ( hopefully) the optometrist who explained and dispelled a belief I had from my initial diagnosed Drusen you have end a dreaded fate I have lived with . Thank you all for an amazing process with all your professionalism !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team at Specsavers Tauranga CBD are great, caring, very accommodating! Eva my optometrist in particular had been very helpful and very experienced in her field. When I needed help for a cataract surgery, I was given the help I needed and made the whole process run smoothly. I feel they're not just running a business but also goes above and beyond to try and help their customers. I also like the idea of them offering their customers payment plans like afterpay so you don't have to stump up hundreds of dollars upfront to afford new glasses. I highly recommend Specsavers in Tauranga CBD. Thank you Eva and team for looking after me and my family. We will definitely keep coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here my opinion after 1.5 years with their product. Not good! I compare to my previous European cheap product from 8 years ago which I still wear when I don't read. The extras like smudge-free are not worth it, I have to clean multiple times per day. The fit not great because one-size-fits-all does not grab onto my ears which would help when I bend over - glasses slip of my nose. (there is more not right but whatever)
The people in the store are friendly and are probably trying their best making the best of the product. The saying is you get what you pay for, $600 is too much for this product. I have a comparable experience with my Easy-Reader glasses from the Pharmacy for $30.

Max and a lady on the front desk whose name I don't know (sorry!) both helped me out and were great. I have used here before for eye tests and they have always been really thorough. Thanks so much.
