★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parking is a nightmare. Traffic is a nightmare. Roadworks everywhere. Construction work in progress everywhere. I rather try and avoid this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to live in Elizabeth Street few years back sadly downtown Tauranga is a shadow of itself. The great white hope is when farmers when it open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I actually prefer Downtown Tauranga to Mt Maunganui or Bayfair Mall, however, for more than a year now it is plagued with construction sites, car parks hogged by tradies and shops closing down. Much of my intended business is no longer available in the Tauranga CBD. Parking is free, but be prepared to walk a long way, as available parking is not in the CBD unless you use Council Carparking buildings. One day things might be different... we live and hope ?

Farmers Complex another new department store, again beautiful and fresh still under construction, will be the best..
