β β β β β I broke my glasses one morning, and my new ones weren't due to arrive for another week.
In desperation I went to the specsavers on Lampton. The staff were kind and obliging. A doctor immediately looked up up prescription and found me a pair of contact lenses that would suit.
He also updated the system so that I would be called when my glasses arrived, so that I would know as soon as possible.
I was blown away by the kindness and service of the lampton Spec-savers team. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs glasses or an eye checkup.

β β β β β I had an extremely pleasant visit to specsavers on Lambton quay.on the 7th I went in to get an eye test and new glasses and straight away when I walked in there everyone was so friendly with me and it made me feel very comfortable especially when I was taking a while to choose new glasses they were very accommodating and very honest with me when I was trying on new glasses especially when I said I couldn't afford expensive ones and wanted cheaper frames, they didn't just make it a sale and try to get me to buy anything expensive, they chatted with me and got to know me a little and were just genuinely nice, they were super helpful and me me feel welcome. they gave me a really good deal with the glasses I chose and I left feeling very satisfied with what I got and the customer service I got really made my day and today I went to go pick up my glasses and they remembered who I was and again made me feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend this specsavers, they go above and beyond and everyone working there has such a warm, kind demeanor

β β β β β When my son and I arrived for a vision test for my son, Zac received us very pleasantly. Zac explained to my son what is being checked at every step with patience and courtesy that is not seen in everyone. In choosing the glasses Zac was very patient and helped us find the most suitable frame for my son and my son came out very happy.
The doctor who performed the test pleasantly explained to my son what was happening at each step and answered all his questions patiently and kindly.
When we arrived to pick up the glasses we received a kind and pleasant service from Jin and answered all of my son's questions with great patience.

β β β β β Procrastinated about getting an eye check, when it came to crunch I was able to make an appointment for eye check THE NEXT DAY which was a really easy painless process (compared to my last!) I got a sweet deal on two pairs of glasses I am so stoked at how easy it was and glad I finally got around to it! Staff were amazing. Thankyou!

I ordered lens for my daughter and son in the past. I have been a happy customer for the last few years. I am very happy with the service and their service is very reliable.

β β β β β I am very impressed with the quality of customer service i have received today at Specsavers Lambton Quay The lady who greeted me upon entering the shop had a lovely way of engaging with customers and was super helpful and kind. She realigned my glasses frame to bring them back to the standard setting for them at no charge and replaced the nose pads. I recommend this place.

You walk in and immediately get helped, the optometrists are really friendly and explain everything they are doing and then someone helps you pick out frames from a huge selection if needed.
