β β β β β Awful ribeye steak (that wasn't a ribeye) that was precooked and left lying around. Argumentative server who said something couldn't be stopped out (could for a fee even though the swops were the same price) and then delivered the correct meal.
This place really needs to up it's game for when tourists really do return.

β β β β β Terrible service + Terrible food = Total time & Money waste.
Server handed us the menu as we are heading outside table for our seating. Came back after around 25 mins to take our entrees and drinks order.
Finally the drinks arrived after 10-15 mins with some bug in the cocktail. Told that too the server and she replaced the drink but without the mint this time saying the dirt or the bug could be from the mint, so didn't added any this time (could have just washed the mint and checked for the impurities, as the cocktail was supposed to be refreshing and mint was the star ingredient)
Entrees came after 20 mins, which was alright in taste (average). Asked for aioli from the staff which never came to us untill almost the last bite, had to get up and went to bar to get it myself.
Was thinking to order mains but kitchen was closing early as there were not many people around, and they were getting on to the bar snacks only. So didn't bother to order any.
Thought lets make up for the night and finish up with some Baked Cheese Cake - BIG MISTAKE.
Baked Cheese cake was more like Burnt Cheese sponge. Had to get some ice cream from the petrol station to make up for the dessert.
So overall not a good experience, so won't be going back.

β β β β β Last night we along with 6 family members went for tea. While the meal was lovely it took just over 1 hour for our meal to be served. We also waited 15 minutes for drinks to arrive also. When I spoke to whom I think was the duty manager, she replied " can't you see we are busy". That being the case why weren't more staff rostered on if bookings were heavy. Then of course there was the 15% surcharge which I was aware of. We spent $460.00+ so we weren't there just for a snack. Poor customer service & communication. Very disappointing

β β β β β Meals were slow arriving. Ordered with friends, their's came in reasonable time ours never arrived. Asked once and "it won't be long" waited, asked again and "it's just been plated". Told me it was because we ordered seperately - true but one behind the other. Meal tasted great once it arrived.

β β β β β Delicious is all I can say. We had salt and pepper squid for entree and it was so tender. Hubby had lamb shanks and it fell off the bone. I had black cherry chicken and it was so tasty and tender. Highly recommend
