★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice park. The picnic area should have spots for real BBQ, not New Zealanders ones with gas, but normal ones with fire. The park is a pine grove, very pleasent for a walk and there are several bike tracks. The sea front is very nice and relaxing (and quite windy XD). Recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was fantastic. We went to seafield park, the view was so nice next to the lagoon. Very well kept and great for a picnic. Would definitely recommend. Will be going there again for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful adventure playground. Plenty of places to picnic and very close to the beach for swimming or just enjoy the sea air. Took our Grandsons and spent the whole day there and they didn't want to leave.

If you're here just for mountain biking, there is 10-15km of Decent set of cross country sand based forest single-track. Suitable for those new to mountain biking, low technical skill levels, and generally flat / minimal climbs and well maintained.
If you are parents tag teaming your ride with one parent looking after the kids while the other rides, there is a great sprawling playground nearby the trail head with 3x flying foxes, a nice big climbing net tower, and a sand play area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place with so much to do, Mountain biking, playing on the beach or at the picnic area you could play beach volleyball or basketball the public courts, you could cook on the public barbecues but you may want to wipe it down before using. It's a great family spot and I would recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful area lots of parking ideal for families bbq areas playgrounds mini golf..walking and cycling tracks beach access. Ample grounds for a game of something with the family. Shaded and full sun areas camp shop and toilets. Lovely day out

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kids had fun, I even tried the flying fox ?? started to get hot so we went for a paddle in the pool ... just nice then finished up with a play in the sand/water activity play atea ? good old fashioned family fun ... lots of covered picnic areas, room to run and play group sports .. awesome park ?

3 flying foxes and other equipment.
Paddling pool...
Massive open space...walks...
Small animal park over the road.
Very old school mini golf at old school prices.
Adrenaline park over the road..prices look a little step...but awesum experience by the looks.
