★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely helpful staff who made us feel relaxed and we very much enjoyed purchasing some rather pleasing eyewear. The girls went to some effort over two days to find the type of Ray Bans style I was wanting. Well worth visiting this store for great eyewear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So, I came here and told the staff I wanted sunglasses. They ask a few questions about what style I liked, what price, and I didn't really know. As I was trying on sunglasses the noted which ones I was trying on and would occasionally offer me ones that were similar that weren't on display. Eventually, after about 10-15 minutes of trying glasses on and chatting, they eventually found the perfect ones for me! They even let me go outside and see how they go in the sun before purchasing!
So overall, the customer service I experienced was top notch! I found great sunglasses for a great price, and while I was trying on glasses they gave me some ideas of where we could visit in Napier (I had mentioned we were visiting)
Highly recommend.
