★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there to buy some boxes and had a really bad experience with their customer service.
We realized that we made a wrong size of boxes after made an order. We asked to swap to the other ones.
But an old lady denied our request as our order was already packed. She told us we should make another payment if we want to swap to another size.
We had to take wrong size of boxes as there was no choice.
We bought the boxes on the spot but they charged flight fee, too.
Does it makes sense?
When I asked about this issue she said it is an automatic process.
Even the products did not prepare for us when we went to the warehouse to pick them up.
We believe every customer has the right to exchange before take the products.
But our right was ignored.
We do not recommend this company to people as they are so selfish.

Their team is great to deal with; good communication, thinking in solutions (not problems), timely delivery with overall good service.
They may be a large corporate, but they are excellent to deal with on a personal basis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am having a really bad experience with a subsidiary of Spicer, a business owned by them called Total Supply. I have been waiting since July 2021 for an expensive Mimaki circuit board to be tested under warranty. Apparently the board has been lost and no one is taking responsibility. I want my money back and the cost of service tech who replaced said board. This needs to be owned by Spicers as the buck stops with you.
