★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jan and her team are so welcoming. Spoilt boutique is a great place for Womens fashion but also a treasure trove for gifts. Nicely categorised to gifts for him, her, teen, kids and baby. The effort and thought put into the variety in store is unmatched. Its especially good shopping for that person that is really hard to buy for. Recommend a visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Followed around store by owner. After awhile I realised so I asked the owner in which I was told yes we tag people and follow them. I choose to buy something as I felt the owner would win thinking I couldn't afford anything. Please if you're going to follow people don't make it so noticable so the person isn't left feeling terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently made an online purchase and the shop has a good selection of clothing and my order was shipped very promptly. So, why the two stars? Well, I had a poor experience when one of the items I purchased which was on sale and it didn't fit.
I went instore to try and exchange it. The assistant informed me it was not able to be exchanged due to it being a sale item (I could have swapped it for a different size but they didn't have my size).
I would like other potential buyers to be aware of this as it not obvious they have this policy when viewing the sale items online nor during the check-out process. There is a statement on their website but you have to look for it which I did after the response I got from them instore.
From my perspective an overall poor experience.

There was one small issue that was dealt with immediately, professionally, generously and in a friendly manner. I have a small business myself and know that good customer service is of extreme importance and this business provides it in bucket loads! I am glad I found this business and will continue to shop with them.
