β β β β β I had a quote from Bruce. I paid $735 deposit on 18th August 2021.
I have emailed and called once a month since. The emails get ignored and the calls always come with a promise to call me back which never happens.
On the 19th January 2022 I emailed Bruce to say the contract was now canceled because I needed to get someone to do the job. I havenβt heard from him or had my deposit refunded.
I do not recommend using this company unless you want your deposit to disappear and the job not done.
Very disappointing I went into this with good faith.
