★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had Bruce re-roof my old bungalow just before the 2010 earthquake, fast, efficient and with competitive pricing. 7 years on and many earthquakes on we are still enjoying the quality job. Would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly if I could give this company zero stars I would, a month on our guttering replacement has not been completed, 3 weeks ago we were told a quote would come through for additional work which has still not arrived. Trades people come an go as they please and don't turn up when they say they are going to. And not once has Bruce come to inspect the work his guys are doing thinking it was all completed when it's not. No reply to emails either. This is my mothers house and we stressed the urgency to get this completed as the roof is leaking and not once have we even had an apology for how long this is still dragging on for. (Since this review and after promises after promises the quote arrived after threatening to get another company in to finish the job, and the quote to replace 1 square meter of roofing was $4,500.00 + GST!!!!!! So I got another company in to quote for the same work and it came to $590.00 + GST... Moral of the story, don't always pick the first company starting with "A" in the phone book, the website looked slick, just a shame the company doesn't live up to its own mottos. Residential Roofing who finished the job were fast, efficient, knew how to communicate and showed they respect all customers no matter the size of the job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We needed a new roof and guttering, I contacted the company through their online web page. I was contacted promptly, and visited by Cliff who talked through the process required for the new roof. Within a couple of days I received a full written report on what was needed and the cost that it would be. We decided to go ahead with this quote and was given clear and concise direction on timings etc. The roof looks amazing and we would strongly recommend this company to anyone needing either guttering and/or roofing.

Bruce called me the following day to set up an appointment.
He came to our place to get measures and explained to me what the problem was, the day after I received a quote with a fair price.
after one week, Today, we got the gutter replaced and we are very satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted Advance Guttering and Roofing after I had used several other roofing companies to repair a roof that was never properly fixed. Bruce and his team came out and repaired the roof in a very timely manner and they also did a few extra bits and pieces and still came in within the quoted price. Their service and expertise was second to none and I have already engaged them to do another job for me on a different building. Thoroughly recommend this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a large, complex, leaky roof with flat and very steep areas on a steep hill site that needed replacing. Advanced Guttering and Roofing worked with DCM roofing to do a fantastic job on replacing it. There was a lot of work required to get it up to code, and I'm really glad that when we hit problems Bruce and Iain brainstormed and came up with some great solutions. The job took longer than we all expected, but I now have a really strong, wind and water tight roof, and membrane deck areas that all look amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick to quote, very slow to do the work and when it’s done it’s not great.
I’ve used this company twice. The first time was a full replacement of all our spouting. They were the quickest to quote which we accepted the following day and was told they would be in contact to arrange the installation date. They never contacted us and finally after repeated emails and calls the job was done.
The installation team were good and friendly. This was a few years ago and we’ve found that our spouting overflows (right above our entranceway) in heavy rain (insufficient capacity in the spouting) and some areas don’t have sufficient fall which causes water to back up and become stagnant in the spouting.
I contacted them in January I about adding an additional down pipe. Again they were very quick to respond; around the following day to quote.
We accepted the quote in February and now 4 months later they’ve still not done the work and there’s been no contact.
I’m going elsewhere.
