She provided me with skills that have remained relevant to me through several new experiences. Unpacking repressed grief, anxiety, and life in general; each session felt completely natural and comfortable. I cannot recommend her enough. If you are struggling or feeling stagnant/ wanting to make changes, she is certainly the right person to guide you. Sarah is humble, down to earth and genuine. She will tell it to you straight and support you through all your highs and lows.
