★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was told to come in at 8.45am for a nurse appointment but had to wait for 20mins. I was the first appointment of the morning and they were already running late! Absolutely shocking service! They should have just booked me in for when the actually needed me. Ridiculous!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been regulars at Springlands Health with two boys 4 and 5 for nine years now. We have dealt with a number of the doctors, nurses and receptionists. They have all always been incredibly accommodating, friendly and professional. It is disappointing to read the other reviews because that has not been our experience at all. Just today we took our 5yo in and they were incredibly thorough and reassuring. We would recommend then without hesitation to family and friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hard to get an appointment but very good Dr's and nurses, 3 stars because you have to book weeks in advance to get an appointment, also if you have to get a perception make sure it had actually been faxed on more than one occasion I have gone to get mine and its not been sent, which is not good if its a weekend.
So over all 3 star's, I think if it was based purely on Dr's and nurses I would give a 4.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They never help me, i have been going for years and one doctor did more in 40 mins than any other doctor there had done in 10 years. I stopped going because they charge you so much for so little help. I just end up going to the hospital
