★ ★ ★ ★ ★ our retail store alarm kept false alarming, called at about 4pm and we got a tech out by 2pm the following day. Upgraded 2 sensors and reset pin. Also installed a new camera with audio for our CCTV. Super impressed with the service and invoice was less than expected. I uploaded a pic of the CCTV, you can see the difference in quality (bottom right hand camera is new). Audio isnt as clear as say an iPhone voice recording but you can hear whats being said at reception counter which is about 6ft away.
