Vestry
The 2017 Annual General Meeting of the Parish of West New Plymouth was held (at St Chad's Church, 12 Omata Road, Westown) on Sunday 26 March 2017.
The vestry oversees the day to day running of the parish and meets on the fourth Friday of each month.
Members are elected at the AGM usually held in March/April each year.
Vestry is comprised of :
- Vocational Deacon
- Secretary (appointed)
- Treasurer (appointed)
- Two representatives are elected bi-annually at the AGM to attend the Diocesan Synod each year.
- Elected members of the parish who offer themselves to serve on this body.
