★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wonder how many of the reviews here are genuine. Sign up to the Channel Manager is conducted filling in .Doc forms and shipping them by email. Very secure when you share business critical user names and passwords for your various OTAs. The Business Development Manager also likes to missell, not only in direct communication but also misleading their PMS partner. I recommend to stay away, there are plenty of 21 century options out there that provide more control and transparency in their dealings. UPDATE: The company's Director Tarun Joukani now threatened to direct his army of fake review trolls towards creating fake reviews for my property if I didn't take down this genuine review of a genuinely concerning customer experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The software is great, support is not great at all - closed on the weekends with no one to call because the offices are closed, most hotels/ motels are open and busiest on the weekends why no support just amazes me !!! Might be time to reconsider this software........
