★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here for 14 days quarantine. I have to say , from the minute I stepped off the bus . Everyone was so polite, very helpful. Explained every step of the process. Then came the meals, just wonderful 5 star plus meals. The staff very professional . Every step was followed by protocols and safety procedures . A huge thank you for making this frustrating stay so enjoyable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel restaurant service needs to improve higiene standards. While staying there we found male HAIR on our food twice. It’s just disgusting, if it happens once we can sort of understand but TWICE is too much. A hotel this size should have food handling standards in place. Disgusting.
Apart from this every thing else was great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very average, check in took ages the guy checking us in was sniffiling and coughing behind his mask great look, we went with the king option the bed was hard and we could feel the spring's through the thin topper pad, arrived late so ordered room service over priced and tasteless but then i guess thats room service, staff were friendly probably wouldnt chose to stay here again total cost for one night, room $400 valet parking $50 room service $49, $499 in total ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here for 10 days for MIQ in November 2021. The staff went out of their way to help. All I had to do was ask. Some of the meals were amazing some I didn't like so much - but there was plenty of it to eat. Good sized rooms, good views. Glad I got such a great hotel for my quarantine. But I hope I dont have to quarantine again!!
