Placed an order for a part, paid a deposit and they said they would contact meme wh it arrived, should have been a week. I hadn't heard 3 weeks later. Turns out they forgot to order it. Staff are rude and slow.

Honestly the most stressful and unacceptable customer service I have ever experienced. Had my device in with 100Fix and it was supposed quoted to be done within 2 days. A long list of excuses followed when I called after not hearing anything. Need a different machine. Need more time. Need more time. Need more time. Was 2 weeks before the device was ready. Since they close before I would be able to pick up, I called and asked if I could bank transfer the payment and send through a screenshot of the payment. Apparently they can't receive images via Facebook, email and text. The courier had been ordered when I was told it was ok to pick up at which time the courier was told she couldn't collect the device.... $40 down the drain. Called to see what was going on and apparently internal communication isn't a strong suit because no one knew what was going on... Finally got the phone back but left an incredibly foul taste in my mouth. Don't trust the quotes as you'll end up pulling your hair out. All of the stress could have been dodged if they had just kept me updated because the repair itself was good.

This was my worst experience in any retail shop I visited since I came to New Zealand in 2014. I left my Iphone there as it was occasionally restarting, everything else was working fine. They texted me a few hours after saying that they found the problem and they would charge me $100 to fix it. I agreed and told them to go ahead. The next day somebody called me, with a very poor English, and explained to me that unfortunately they also needed to replace the home button and the screen (!!!) to fix the issue. I said I'd go personally to the store and take a decision as it was really hard to communicate with this person. I went to the shop around 5 times and the guy who knew about my phone was never there. The receptionist was unable to speak in English and only asked me to come back later. Finally, after going one more time, I met the guy who 'fixed' my phone. He showed me the phone and now it was not only still restarting but this time the touch id didn't work neither. He said it's normal to break something else when doing an inspection!! I spent close to 20 minutes in the store until a person who speaks English arrived and translated a few more things. I ended up leaving with my phone worst than it was and this people saying 'why do you care? it's an iPhone 6s'. This is the worst customer experience I've seen and I don't recommend anybody to go there. The pattern is really clear when you read all the other comments.

THE MOST RUDE STAFF AND UNRELIABLE SHOP (HOURS AND ABILITY TO CONTACT) I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. BOUGHT AN IPHONE 6s OFF THEM AND WITHIN A MONTH THE BATTERY WOULD NOT CHARGE. WHEN I ATTEMPTED TO RETURN THE PHONE AND RECEIVE A FULL REFUND UNDER THE 3 MONTH WARRANTY I WAS PROMISED THE SHOP WAS NEVER OPEN BETWEEN OPENING HOURS AND THE CELL PHONE WAS NEVER SWITCHED ON. DO NOT SHOP HERE-YOU WILL BE LEFT WITH A DEAD PHONE AND A SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCED BANK ACCOUNT BALANCE.
