She rang and argued it was my fault I was late for a flight after she had sent me the wrong time and wrong location!! Awful experience. Everyone makes mistakes but to have a company speak to you the way Betty did was just so stressful! The delay also meant our pet was stressed. Find another pet courier. This company is dreadful to deal with

Migrating is a bit of a juggling act and a clever suggestion by Betty around timing made for a smooth collection of our pets on the other side. A good option for those looking to ship your pets from the South Island as most larger companies wanted to ship the pets to Auckland first or charge an arm and a leg to outsource to local carriers. Betty is hands on and will put your animals first. All the best.
