★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such the loveliest barman and waiter. We really love this place. You can eat real budget or splash out. The security Dog is such a smooch and the outside garden seating on a good day is the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great time here mixing with the locals. Typical type pub, basic surrounds with a small restaurant. Some nice history in some pics on wall and hosts were great. Food hearty and plentiful. Had fab time playing pool, darts and even captivated the entire pub with a Jenga attempt to get to 34 levels. Stayed the night in motorhome Seascape just down road from pub. Thanks kay had a lovely time. Also available is a restored villa. Amazing work carried out by owner to provide quality accomodation. Worth a stop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived in the hospitable arms of Westport here on Kayes beachfront paradise and may stay forever! Thank you for being generous open hearted people. Dinner at the Star Tavern was superb! Service amazing and food was perfect. Love the vibe Annie and Jeremy have created there. Nothings too much trouble and they make running a tavern look easy! Well done all of you for making my first impressions of Westport hit 10 out of 10.....sunset was a 10 too!

and couldn't have asked for a nicer
place to be stuck. Food was top class and everybody was friendly, a real country pub everything really well priced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great atmosphere and helpful staff . Steak and eggs cooked to perfection , congrats to the cook Criss. DOG friendly must be on a leash but they were really relaxed about that . Stayed the night in there car park and the next night stayed right on the shore front down Domain rd .
