★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I order from here often and haven't really had any issues apart from this time.
Order the BLAT burger from here, the avocado slices were no where near ripe. Like I don't even know how they even cut them. It was rock hard. Its not the end of the world but if you order something, you would expect it to be right.
Anyway, I hope they check this in the future so someone else doesn't come a cross this and end up cracking a tooth ?

Took about 40 mins, but food was fresh and tasty and all came out within a few minutes of each other.
Feeling full and satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this Nandos so much! The food is always fantastic quality and fast and the staff is always so friendly and polite. They should all be very proud of themselves because I think they're one of the best Nandos in Auckland. My fiance and I live a little further away but we skip the Nandos close to us and drive 20 mins to Nandos North West. They are sooooo good. Love this place?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food as always with Nandos but the customer service was exceptional by Vicky yesterday (correct me if I'm wrong). We set up our tables outside, food was delivered in a timely manner and we had a great time! The best part about it Vicky respectfully excuses himself by saying "tulou".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called them for an hour straight from 8.45pm till 9.30 when I drove over. Tried to place orders online for ages and their website wouldn't let the order through no matter how I tried. When I drove over half an hour before close they wouldn't take my order because the kitchen was closed. No explanation as to why the phone rung on repeat for 45 minutes or anything. This happened at 9.41pm 16/05/22. Lady at front attempted to ask chef to do it and chef straight refused. Hope this is rectified. Real pathetic cos I love nandos.

New. Clean. Food is well cooked. Juicy. Chips are crisp.
Staff were great. So happy Nandos is close to me now. Looking forward to more visits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were greeted on entry by the friendly staff. We were given time to place our orders and we given options of how we could order. Our food came out real quick and it tasted exceptionally delicious - same consistency and standards we have come to expect from Nandos and grown to love. The staff came out to check on us if we were happy and if we needed anything else. We were very happy with the service and the food at Nandos Northwest, Auckland. We will definitely be back.
