We are regulars at this store. Friendly staff as always, plenty parking and much better store than the one at Centre Place, CBD. I gave them 5 stars previously. But today, there was a special on where customers WHO HAVE GOT THE EMIALS would recieve a bag of coffee beans when buying Expresso related products. But the store said they didn't get any of such stocks delivered so I need to go to Centre Place store. This is not good enough, and staff should have gone extra miles to rectify the company error for customers. This is customer service 101. Funny thing was when I looked to the other end of stores, they have boxes and boxes of roasted beans stacked right there. So the staff has been lying to avoid giving out freebies? Only the store staff would know I guess. 1 Star on this occasion.

5 starts Good location, popular with locals, only two Starbucks sites in Hamilton and this one in Chartwell Mall is the far better one, much friendly services, we found Erin very friendly, patient and helpful. And they are fast. Ample parking in the mall unlike the one in Hamilton CBD which has very limited parking space and traffic warden lurking around. The service from the Hamilton CBD one we received was consistently horrible, I had also reviewed them separately but definitely recommending for others to come to Starbucks in Chartwell Mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Starbucks in Chartwell is very clean and neat. There is a variety of drinks to choose from and the baking is always fresh. If you like coffee and love to try new drinks Starbucks is the place to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service just ok with two staff, lots of people waiting for orders. Nice Muffins, but flat white & cappuccino were like fluffies 3/4 foam & we expected better for the price, so won't likey go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Starbucks management should do something about giving Free coffee bean 4/3/22. It’s unfair to the customers who drove 10-15 minute only to find out that they don’t have any coffee bean bag to give. Your telephone number doesn’t work properly either.. Poor Starbucks Chartwell staff can’t do anything about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food and beverage are ok. Same as other Starbucks. What I don't like most is atmosphere there. This Starbucks is a part of the Foodcourt so not quiet enough to relax, read or study. Overseas are better. In terms of atmosphere and cleanness.
