โ โ โ โ โ Not sure why the line was taking so long when there were around 4 people behind the counter but only 1 person taking orders. I had to wait for a good 10 minutes and then another 10 minutes for my food and turns out they got my order wrong. I don't usually have a problem at Starbucks, maybe new staff member?

โ โ โ โ โ I donโt normally give out reviews on Google. But this time I wish to give a โ0โ to this Starbucks in Takapuna. I ordered a tall Americano to take away. Coffee feels hot but it tasted just like filter coffee. $4.70 for it. Well I learned my lessons. It wonโt happen for me to go in Starbucks ever again.

โ โ โ โ โ Not clean enough. Customer left the store but they didn't clean the table for awhile. This Starbucks is not big so we need a clean table.
Toilet, not clean either. Charging points - not many available. Close early. Hm I will not come back here again. NZ Starbucks are small and not comfy for me.

โ โ โ โ โ the app is always too busy to take an order, tried a couple of times didnโt work so had to order at the store, overall friendly service, didnโt take too long and strawberries and cream frappuccino taste so good

โ โ โ โ โ Great food and drinks but only 2 staff on and we had a group of people with us. I tried to get help with my Starbucks APP so I could order and pay for food and drinks.We were told online my Starbucks App and the additional card we had could be activated in store but the staff member didn't know how to activate it so I said this seems too difficult and the staff member agreed. Everyone paid for themselves but I think we would have ordered more if my Starbucks APP had been activated by the staff member. I was disappointed as I thought it would have been a great way to order for everyone and pay for all the orders. Quite disappointed as it was my husband's graduation day and we took family and friends there to celebrate.

โ โ โ โ โ Had the best experience today! Aarron provided a fab drink suggestion and awesome customer service and turned my awful day into a good one. Cheered me up a bunch as he chatted away while making the drink. Give the man a pay rise! โบ๏ธ 10/10

Pleasant welcome and efficient service. Yummy cabinet foods both sweet and savoury. Hubby tried the New York cheesecake but it was dry. My vanilla slice was perfect so I shared it and sausage roll delicious as made with mince as against sausage meats.
