First of all I do not think I would recommend this clinic to someone. I do agree that the prices for some of the treatments can be slightly more affordable than other clinics around but I would not recommend this clinic. The staffs there seems very unhappy actually pretty annoyed when I asked them if they can check my laser treatment balance. I wanted to check since I bought my treatments over the phone and was not sure how my sessions were left. They told me that it has not been processed into my account (what? not processed after a month?). I came back after four weeks and asked again politely to check my treatment balance. When they checked on the system, few of the laser sessions that I have paid about two months ago was not added to my balance. Why should I be keeping a record of my purchase? And feel apologetic when I ask to check for what I have purchased? And I feel the staffs there are not really welcoming. Most of times I had my laser treatment there ,I feel like they are RUSHING. Yes, I will be going back there since I still have few more laser sessions left on my balance. But I would not return to this clinic after my last session.

Terrible experience and customer service. Had booked a treatment over a month in advance. Arrive at the appointment (bear in mind this was a long drive as not a local) and they say their machine is broken. No phone call or text prior to cancel the appointment. They could not give a valid explanation as to why they had not contacted me prior to let me know. Clearly you could see that you have bookings so why not let your customers know beforehand rather than wait for me to show up and then cancel on me at the door? Not going back that’s for sure.

I wouldn’t recommend going to this clinic for brazilian laser removal, when I first arrived for my 2:00 session they ran 10 minutes late. (This was my first ever session) This lady who I didn’t mange to catch the name took me into the room. Firstly she grabbed the wrong documents and when I told her they were not my documents because I have never had laser before she rudely replied “yes you have” as if I didn’t know if I had or hadn’t had laser before. After this she quickly rushed through the consultation and seemed very unhappy with me being there. She told me “I’ve got another client so this has to be done quickly.” (As you can tell from this I was not prioritised) She started with a higher setting (which I knew wasn’t right as my mum does this for work and told me for my first time it should be a lower setting) she also did the treatment very slowly which made it quite painful. I communicated that it was painful and she said “well this is a low setting” I didn’t end up finishing the procedure because after I told her it was painful she started to sigh and roll her eyes and rushing. Without any communication she left the room, popped a little cloth with a bit of jel on the side desk and left me there to go serve another client. I lay there confused on what to do and didn’t know what was going on or where she went, this was very unprofessional and made me feel very upset and overwhelmed. A lovely lady called Fatima then came in and said “I was waiting for you at the counter, the person that did your laser told me you didn’t want to continue with treatment and wanted to give your treatments to your mum” (which was absolutely not true and I never said that to her) I then told her “no that is not true” and started to get overwhelmed, Fatima was really lovely and understanding about the situation she told me she always wants her clients to feel comfortable and she would book me in with her in 2 weeks time, I’m unsure if I want to go or not because of the experience I had today. This whole incident has really put me off getting laser and left me very teary and shaken up for the rest of the day. HORRIBLE experience! Left in tears, feeling super embarrassed (I am 17 years old and felt super vulnerable and uncomfortable during this whole appointment, I would expect to be made to feel comfortable especially given the circumstances of where I was getting the laser) Thank you Fatima for making me feel a lot better about the treatment! :)

Amazing, amazing, amazing! I was definitely hesitant and nervous going in for my first laser appointment, but Fatima made me feel so comfortable and made sure to left me choose my own options the whole way through the procedure. She was honest, informative, and supportive which made a world of difference to me and was so helpful. Results are beyond what I imagined possible. A month after my first appointment I have at least a 50% reduction in hair growth and I'm so excited to return and finish it off! Thank you so much for helping me reach new confidence and being so thoughtful every step of the way.

I love going to Clear Skincare in Takapuna. I see Fatima who is the most knowledgable Beauty Technician I have ever met. She really is helping me get some results as well as being a lovely person

One of my friends recommended me to book with Fatima. I am very pleased and amazed at how good and professional she is at her job. Fatima was very thorough and puts a lot of care in. Made me feel very comfortable. Very happy!!

My daughter booked her first hair removal appointment with this clinic. when she arrived the clinician was annoyed that it was her first time, said to her well you need to fill out a form before hand, unsure how that was her fault, this should be something the staff check beforehand and prepare for. (It is also very important that a consult form is filled out so treatment is performed properly) she moaned that she had another client after her and needed to hurry. Again not the clients problem or fault. She rushed her into the room, did not explain anything to her, then got frustrated when she didn't know what she was supposed to do. she then told her the settings needed to be high since it was her first treatment!! This is definitely not best practice at all. When my daughter found it uncomfortable she got annoyed told her laser was not for her and didn't even finish the treatment and just left the room. Again did not explain to her what she was meant to do, my daughter thought the clinician was coming back. Until another clinician came into the room to ask if she was alright. My daughter burst into tears, this clinician was lovely and understanding. Thank goodness. However it does not make up for the attitude and appalling service from the previous clinician. It is a daunting experience when you do something new, you should be made to feel comfortable and relaxed and be reassured. I definitely would not recommend going to any of these clinics. It seems to be the standard set by chain clinics, your just a number and they are just trying to bring money in and meet targets. No client care at all. Which then leads to bad service and badly performed treatments.
