They after your money not after your help. Please read the comments on their Facebook page about their services and then make your decision to go with this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't even both with 3rd party insurance which covers uninsured driver damages. It appears you're covered from uninsured drivers but your not.
Another car did a hit and run on me. I got footage from a building nearby with the numberplate and damage. State refused to help. They say they only chase up the uninsured driver if you can get their details. That is extremely difficult when they did a hit and run. Ill now need to take it to the dispute tribunal with the footage.
Once the ruling comes State will probably need to pay anyway since the police wouldn't confirm if the the other party had insurance.
Happy to take my money but doesn't want to help when you need them. I've made multiple communication between police and State. Makes you think if they are trying to weasel out of this what other insurance will they try to weasel out of.
