★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely boutique accommodation in the middle of Kerikeri. The unit was exceptionally clean and kitchen with full facilities. Swimming pool among the bushes was spectacular. We can charge our PHEV for free with our type 2 cable which is ver useful. Only improvement is probably the water pressure in shower. Owner Bill was very welcoming and friendly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have since left Stay today and we cannot stop raving about this place. This morning before we left I made some fresh mussel fritters for the staff.
I forgot to mention they supply free washing facilities at no extra cost.
Bill , Paula, Andrea, June and Beth thank you for looking after us. We will return and make sure we keep spreading the love you gave us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The loveliest and cleanest accommodation we had stayed in, 3 night split stay.
Bill is very hospitable and knowledgeable. Absolutely gorgeous gardens and art, including the reception piece by the creative local artist Lester Hall. The bedrooms are a great size with lovely soft sheets and furnishings. The kitchenette was perfect for our needs. Local coffee supplied for the plunger was great. We had a very busy schedule so were unable to utilise the heated pool. The colours and landscaping with a tropical feel has the like you could be in the Islands. Very handy to town and ammenities. Didn’t notice any traffic noise.
Thank you to the fabulous cleaners who are happy to have a chat and are obviously happy in there workplace.
We would love to stay here again ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super hosts and super accommodation. Room had everything you could need and more. Bill was very friendly and had helpful tips. The gardens were lovely. The staff said they loved working there and the owners were great to work for. Everything is a real credit to how this couple have fitted out the rooms, with tasteful modern decor and planting in the garden.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bill and Paula made our stay here absolutely fantastic. We were up in Kerikeri for our wedding and were able to arrange for a number of rooms for our guests. It was wonderful to create a little community where you could just pop in to say hello. The hotel has lots of garden space for guests to relax in.
Rooms are large and comfortable with fantastic bedding. Will absolutely be back.
