★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic that these guys are pet friendly as I was travelling with my dog. I can overlook a lot to have my buddy with me but this pet unit had the worst bed I have ever slept in. Mattress had two visible dips and was well past it's prime. Thank goodness for the above average shower and only staying one night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at Bella Vista Motel Blenheim for one night only- in March 2021.
Good location, warm welcome and check-in, plenty of parking parking, walking distance to city centre and restaurants, good room, linen and bathroom...
....the only negative: no aircon in the room! To be fair, there was a fan, which was no match for the warm night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes it was very handy to centre of blenheim but the unit was not being serviced had to every day ask for towels. Teatowels and tea etc as they were taken away and not replaced bed no t being made either
For a 4 star motel very poor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at the Kaikoura Bella Vista and liked it so thought we'd follow the brand to Blenheim. I guess they have a captured market due to the ferry. Smallest, least soundproof and most expensive hotel we stayed in in the South Island. Was clean. Served a need but wouldn't want to stay more than a night. Too small.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed there for a couple of nights with my wife and daughter. The rooms a very clean and tidy and the staff are very helpful. They dropped us off to pick up or mental which was a great help. It would be ideal for anyone that just needed a place for the night whilst driving around and sight seeing during the day, which is what we did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location was great, and then the problems started.
I was given the wrong key card for the room and was unable to turn on any heating the 1st night and had to go and buy a heater to get the room above 7 degrees.
The electric blanket also didn't work and had exposed wiring at the controller.
I paid for 4 nights and came back to the unit on my 4th night to find all my belongings removed from the unit because apparently I checked in a day before I got here so my 3rd night you thought was my fourth.
I also have no internet tonight because I'm not here am I.
I offered you the chance to fix my experience as you have definitely not met my expectations for a business traveller who stays in a lot of accommodation throughout the country and therefore I will end with saying that my experience at Bella Vista Blenheim has been the absolute worst in the last 10 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was amazing and clean. Easy access to everything. Having countdown across the road. Friendly owner when we checked in especially the owner fur gorgeous puppy.Even our fur babies Candi and Marley loved it ❤.
