★ ★ ★ ★ ★ after reading the one bad review from 4 months ago , I went back again to see this wonderful shop and staff to see how they operate . I have been in there probably 15 times and have had no problems. Maybe Martin martin thought they were slow because they are all thorough and ask questions so you get the right help and product. I am not sure - but I go out of my way to shop here and get the proper help . thank you - holly

So I went here straight after - But mark treated me with kindness and respect and took the time to help get the right support for my family. Made me feel very welcome and nothing was a problem.
