β β β β β I have been to many massage places before Stef and i can say she is extremely good at finding the tight spots and knots in your body and releasing them, i lift heavy weights too so every second or third week i go for an hour massage and it really helps out a lot. I would highly recommend Stef to any one looking for a good quality massage.

Ive had various massages and energy work previously but what Stef offers is totally unique and what an amazing experience. I had the 90 minute energy and massage option and was amazed in what Stef picked up and I felt some massive shifts both physically and mentally. Highly recommended, thanks Stef

She has reached parts of my body I didn't know existed and her amazing hands and knowledge of the body and all we put it through. My body is feeling the benefits of regular massage therapy.
