Two months ago my fiancé and I thought that we were a few years away from being able to achieve our goal of purchasing our first home.
As first time homebuyers, we were overwhelmed with everything that we didn't know and all the "What if's" of buying a house.
In a crazy market with what felt like little opportunity David helped us to realise it was achievable far earlier than we had expected. David answered all of our questions and gave us peace of mind throughout the whole process. He is incredibly knowledgeable, genuine and makes things happen. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I happened to be working with David Quinn for our first new house mortgage, I liked his approach towards his clients and he patiently listened to all my queries. The process of our new house build took about 1.5 years, but during that time David was always in touch with us, keep checking status of house and everything. He gave us enough advice on the process, as I was having no clue about the mortgage process or even buying a house.
Finally we settled with the bank without having any issues, process was smooth.
