β β β β β Absolutely terrible for getting watch strap repairs. I got my watch strap replaced and it broke within 3 months, giving them the benefit of the doubt I went back to get a better quality strap replaced and now they don't have the tools to remove the pin holding my broken strap. It was them that installed the damn thing? ???

β β β β β Had a terrible experience at the Tauranga shop, purchased new Seiko watch, strap was adjusted incorrectly, fell apart when I got home, could have smashed my new $1k watch, they claimed they didn't know how to adjust that Seiko watch strap and found missing bit on work bench following day. Spent over 90 minutes waiting to get it sorted.
Still waiting for manager to contact me.
Will definitely not go there again.
