I bought a shredder from what was supposed to be a good NZ brand (Morrisson).
I used it half a day, shredding small branches.
As asked in the manual, at the end, I clean the rotor and oil it.
I notice one part is cracked. I go back to the shop to get it fixed.
And they tell me it is not under warranty, because I've tampered with it, cleaning the rotor and oiling it (as told in the manual).
Not to mention that before having a look a the machine, the shop was pushing me to buy the broken piece and change it myself ($25), not using that warranty, and to have a look at the machine, they charged me $54.
