★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Should have a option for a zero star. Need to learn up on there customer service, the fact they have school aged kids in a managers roll.
Also need to learn up on there store policy's and consumers rights act. Brought shoes for my kid, tried on and we're to small, so we went back with box and receipt in hand, young girl at the counter was understanding and gave us a pair of new shoes and a new receipt. Then turns around and says the shoes are dirty and she now reverses our exchange and takes the swapped pair back.
We tried to tell her that we had only tried them on and realized right away they were to small, so brought them back to swap for a bigger size. So we then tried again a couple days later with the manager and got the same rude response. They wouldn't even give us the owners number untill my wife got heated.
And then you know what? The owner actually knows what customer service is and swapped them over for us no questions asked. Sort it out!....... Maybe instead of hiring young pretty girls, hire some adults with actual customer service experience. Thanks
