★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good range of products, magazines, and books. Although the staff aren't quite as knowledgeable as I'd like. It's also a pity they put a Kiwi Bank here as you get a lot of people blocking up the store waiting to be served by the Post Office staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New girl at postal counter so rude i wont ever go back.Everyone else is very nice and helpful.To have a shop assistant roll her eyes when you ask her for assistance is rude and unprofessional,sadly she was the only one serving, never again,went to stoke and found them charming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. I have had numerous dealings with Grant, the Manager, who is never willing to ‘go the extra mile’ to satisfy his customers. He seems to make everything so difficult and wants to make a dollar out of everything. For example on one occasion I had lined up for over 10 minutes with my newborn and toddler (both melting down) and was sent away for a different bag and had to line up again. Another example was being told I had to buy a $7 roll of tape when I had asked to have a small corner of my parcel secured...not a huge ask and something other post shops do willingly. He compromised and charged me for that piece of tape. It’s actually laughable. I now ensure I post my parcels in Nelson to avoid this kind of service
