★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had 4 almost brand new pairs of pants (one is a pair of jeans) which I couldn't wear comfortably because I had lost some weight. Took them to Loren and she did an amazing job on the pants. All 4 now fit perfectly. I was totally amazed at Loren's professionalism. And the price was very reasonable. Highly recommended. Well done Loren.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dropped 2 pairs of pants to Loren about 6 weeks ago, she has not responded to any of my emails and is not answering the door despite someone being home, I assume I am not getting these pants back and I am in process of reporting her as this is not only unprofessional but it is theft and I would not want this to happen to someone else.

Her quality of work is exceptional and her skill set is incredible what a hidden gem we have found !!
