β β β β β If you want the best service in stone benchtops then call the Team at Stone Warehouse, i had been waiting 2 weeks for quotes from other companies.
I called this morning and sent through an email of what i wanted and received a phone cal right away and a quote within the hour. They are templating next Monday (out of town i might add) and all going well will install within two weeks from then, outstanding service!!!

β β β β β We didn't really know how to go about measuring and choosing a granite hearth for our refurbished fireplace. But with the help of Kerry from Stone Warehouse we managed to work out what was needed and get the granite hearth under way. The result was fantastic, a mitred granite hearth in jet black, and it looks stunning. We really love it, it looks great. I also wanted to thank the guys who installed the hearth. They were on time, clean, tidy, and very, very particular with their finish. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys.

β β β β β Whilst I am sure the worktops are fine. We sadly have not had a good experience with Stone Warehouse. We have not actually had any product or services from them, nor signed an order, yet they are sending us invoices and demanding payment nonetheless, claiming adhoc and verbal agreement we deny. Communication was v poor. Others clearly have had good experience (hence the better reviews) and if it all goes smoothly I am sure the worktops will look great. However, sadly we have found when it does not go smoothly and when there is no proper order paperwork then be prepared to have to fight your corner.

β β β β β As a client I wanted to say by replacing the Formica to granite has really opened up the 1920 villa we have. You can see by before and after photos attached, that the team that arrived took all care and ALL Responsibility in ensuring I got the best job. They delivered on want they had sold from the consult to the final clean up.
We are just delighted in the result and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.
