From advising what would look and work best to dealing with all of the council paperwork and installation it was such an easy process. We couldn't be happier and can't recommend Monumental Headstones and Plaques enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would 100000% recommend this place, especially if you wanting a stress free experience! Steven is absolutely amazing he was super responsive and was great with keeping me updated. I gave them an impossible deadline but they met the deadline perfectly and did an absolute superb job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deeply disappointed in my experience with Steven. ill informed as to how long it would take to get my uncles plaque made up, after numerous text,email and phone calls over the week not once did he tell me it was going to take 4 weeks. Paid $500 months ago, he only sent a draft of what was to be printed and only offered $250 refund. Managed to squeeze $300 refund out of him. Will never deal with this company again, do not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't speak highly enough of the service rendered by Steven and his team to our family during the process of enquiring and acquiring of the two headstones for our loved ones. First, they are professional in every sense of the word, they are flexible, as we had to postpone our unveiling several times due to travel restrictions of our families from overseas. When installed, it was immaculate, and even better, they provided alternatives that we can manage as a family, in both quality and cost. One happy family.
