★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My unit got broken into item's taken. 2 nearly 3 year's later and police are still investigating they also know who broke into these unit's but apparently can't charge him as they can't find the property that he took. I don't understand why they haven't done anything about this person when they have him all over the camera's taking stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6 of us stored our belongings here in a single unit while we were travelling overseas for 6 months.
We were helped the whole way through my Wendy, Remee and Geoff. They all made the whole process way easier than I could have imagined! Were always extremely helpful, and always available to help and answer any questions.
The unit was very affordable ($340 per month for 6 large bedrooms worth plus kitchen and living goods, etc), and they even provide a free moving truck for moving gear in! 100% will be coming back to these guys for any future storage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stored some furniture and general household items for a couple of weeks, and was incredibly impressed with the service offered by the team. Nothing was too much trouble, and everybody that I spoke to bent over backwards to help me and to check if I needed different size unit before the rental started, or if I needed to change my booking for any reason. Whatever I needed, wasn't going to be a problem.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody, and if I ever need storage again then I know exactly where I'll be going.
Special shout out to Wendy and Rami, who were both just so willing and eager to make the whole process as simple as possible, gave excellent customer service, and were just both absolutely delightful to deal with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my stuff with these guys for a few months and the units are not secure from dust and dirt so make sure you cover all your couches and beds! My moving company said he had never seen so much dust in a storage unit he's picked up from and said I should take pictures. When I rung them to explain they said it's not their job to help me it's all handled by a third party insurance company and I have to pay a fee to make a claim etc. They didn't seem to understand what I was asking or want to help me, just kept saying they don't deal with these problems etc. ALSO they couldn't even email me a final invoice total for what I owed them (they sent me a weird screenshot), I had to pay them a different way that I had been paying them the whole time seemed really odd. Then didn't send me a single conformation of my payment so I have no idea if they got it. Pretty casual practices for a big company I would avoid these guys it's so expensive for what you actually get.

Extremely accommodating and tending to the needs of the customer they left me with a very good customer experience and made the difference in my choice of storage providers I would happily use their services time and time again as they have proven themselves to be nothing but the best thank you for the extra effort when staying late to insure my unit and signup were hassle-free. Honestly some of the best customer service I have experienced among many different fields I work in. I look forward to dealing with you again shortly.
