β β β β β Hello we highly recommend Street Smart to manage your rental properties. They have a lot of "know how' behind them and are street-wise too...living up to their name!! Of late, Terry is our property manager and he is on the ball! Not only does he respond efficiently; but he is professional and friendly at the same time. In fact he is actually quite funny... and I enjoy our emails and quick chats too! The tenants we have respond well to him! He has a lovely manner and is an asset to both tenants and landlords. A good find Jared!!

β β β β β I have been renting a property in West Harbour, Auckland, for almost 5 years through Streetsmart.
During this time I have had nothing but absolutely professional dealings with the Streetsmart managers associated with our rental property, the latest, and most impressive so far, being Layla You.
Layla has been amazingly professional in addressing all aspects of our rental and inspectional duties of this property.
So lovely to deal with regarding on site inspections, phone calls, replying to any email enquiries or issues in a timely fashion and so flexible with organization of any maintenence or contractor work needed on site.
I can't recommend her enough, and I wish her all the best for her future in the property industry or any other work she wishes to pursue, as her professionalism is an asset to any company that is lucky enough to have her.
Streetsmart is the most professional company I have dealt with.

He responded to our queries very quickly and checked in to see how we were. Peter is by far one of the better rental managers out there.
