★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ajay Kapoor, the Manager of this branch trespassed into my property along with another guy on 15 Jan 2018 looking for some keys left behind when the property was sold 6 years ago. He had come around in the afternoon and assuming there was no one at home, he went around the house looking for the keys. When my son came out and asked him, 1. he did not have an ID on him and secondly before introducing himself he randomly started talking about the keys. After initiating he introduced himself and did not care to say who the other guy was.
When my son demanded for his ID, he said he has it in the car and bring it over. Even as he was walking back, he went around again without paying any heed to my son. My son called up his office and reported this incident to the receptionist who was defending his actions. Mr Kapoor did not bother to call and and when I called him the next day on 16th Jan, his statement was "I personally went there"!!
I cannot believe that a manager of B&T could be so disrespectful, arrogant and unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No very good an agent wasn't clear about a place he was only trying to make a sale and couple of people in the desks were partially rude I'm hoping there attitude will change as I was trying to find a rental with them and I found one but it had hidden catches which the agent should of explained to me or I would of been out of pocket, He never met with me face to face either the agent just wanted to have the sale no good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appalling disregard for people with disabilities from your Otahuhu branch sales person Manu Thapar at Bp Ormiston Road on Sunday afternoon. Given that he was wearing your company badge is a bad representation of a firm with much integrity and social awareness.
When confronted about why he is parked there, his response was "because I wish to".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service don’t recommend this team to anyone. We recently purchased a property in manurewa.Agent Chetan promised that he will get vendor to fix everything in the house before settlement day we have chased him up multiple times over the past month and he kept saying that it will get done and that he will take his handy man which never happened. After settlement day we find that the gas boiler is missing . Chetan said it was missing after settlement day ! Which is not true as pictures show it was never there. He lied saying that he had a property inspection with my husband which never happened. All he cared about is mucking around till settlement day and he gets his money and doesn’t care about buyers! We talked to manager of Chetan he is even worse he kept saying will pass information to Chetan and didn’t really care … he’s just as bad.. This matter is now with lawyer and will be taken further to real estate authority

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contracted these guys to sell our house. Marketing from there end was poor. Our house couldnt even be found in a trademe search for the 1st 3 weeks because it wasnt listed in the correct suburb. Our house is also down a long driveway, so the for sale sign (no photos on it) that was placed on the road looked like it was for the front property. They are just 2 examples of many failures. On a plus note, they were very friendly and always respectful.
