★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place really needs so renovations done to it. But it does has a wide range of free weights for crossfit type of work outs. So if you are not after something glamorous, but just pure exercises, it's a pretty good place to work out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic place to work out. Everyone there is focussed on getting fitter and stronger. It never seems crowded, even when there's a group fitness class on.
Staff I have interacted with have always been friendly and professional.
Good mix of standard weights and machines and a range of strongman/functional fitness materials to mix it up.
