β β β β β I have been a member of many gyms over the years and tgis is by far the best. It is modern and clean with a great range of equipment but what makes it really stand out from other gyms is the staff. They are such a fun, supportive bunch who care about your goals and journey. The gym has such a community feel where everyone is friendly and supportive.

β β β β β I have been a member of many gyms around Auckland over the years often having paid a membership but not actually used it. Snap Fitness in Greenlane has changed that for me - not in a small part due to the amazing Manea who runs the gym. She's friendly, helpful and generally hugely welcoming and accommodating. There's great facilities and they're always clean and tidy. Highly recommend it!!!

β β β β β Good size gym, the medium sized type. 6pm ish can be a bit crowded, but plenty of equipment to mix it up on. Nice facilities, shower pressure could be ramped up a tad ?, but I won't let that affect the rating.

β β β β β Best fitness club in town! Everything is brand new and very clean. Manea, the manager is such a sweet and knowledgeable person. Club is very active, lots of challenges throughout the year. Highly recommend.
Edit after cancellation due to moving house: They made it very easy for us to cancel our memberships and promptly refunded the unintentional direct debits. Still 5-star customer service.

β β β β β All member accounts are put on hold during lockdown period which is reasonable, however, it doesn't notify me when it reopen and started charge me from my credit card. I try to communicate with their staff, they keep saying their upper manager has got every member's confirmation about their reopening time. I ask them show me the evidence when they get my confirmation, then they keep silent, I ask them why my membership status is still disabled after they charge me since Dec 2021, they keep silent, very bad communication and bad service. I highly don't recommand this fitness center.

β β β β β I have recently just started back on my fitness journey and I have found the staff and management to be incredibly helpful and encouraging towards my fitness goals. The gym itself is high energy and has an awesome vibe every time I walk in, itβs my happy place where I feel I can achieve my goals and have fun at the same time. The equipment is excellent and I would highly recommend checking out this gym 10/10

Safe and secure with survillance cams at every corner!
Does not need pre-booking during the red trafic light setting
Does not get over-crowded.
Nice and friendly members.
Affordable membership fees.
Higher value to cost compared to other options in the area.

β β β β β The snap Fitness green lane is in a great spot with plenty of parking. The gym facilities are good and well maintained with a good range of Cardio machines, free weights and resistance machines. A number of classes are offered but I have not tried any out.
