★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I first came to SLG via Classpass, but soon switched over to a weekly membership as I loved it so much. The classes are extremely well priced, and the instructors are supportive, encouraging, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend checking out a class!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to join a gym and then never go, this is not the gym for you. I have always hated exercising, and many a time brought memberships to the big names and never made it past a few months of regular attendance, but paid for years. I have been attending Strong Like A Girl regularly now for over a year. The format of the classes are constantly changing, so it keeps me interested. I love that i've met a bunch of like-minded women who have become friends. The trainers are not too snobby to talk to you, they get you involved and make you laugh. This programme WORKS! At 27 I have never been fitter or healthier - from starting 1 year post partum and having zero fitness ability. Now I can pump out 100 squats, no sweat. Absolutely love it.

Here, you’ll find incredible sessions that push you to your very limits, and then ask you to go one step further. The Trainers here are passionate about what they do and they teach and train their classes with lot of motivation and energy. From your first class, you will never have felt more challenged or had as much fun!
