★ ★ ★ ★ ★ April did an excellent job with my hair the first time but unfortunately not the second.
Upon reaching out to April to let her know I was unhappy with my hair and see what we could do to fix it she got defensive and tried to blame me. If the result was truly caused by my hair and not as a result of her assistant applying the toner unevenly, then she should have told me in the beginning that she would not have been able to help me.
Very disappointed that April would prefer to take this personally instead of handle an upset and unsatisfied customer professionally.
