I got my roots bleached and alot of the bleach that was done very rushed I felt was placed over my hair that was already very bleached and this had caused to much of it to break off, now I'm left with alot of really short hairs that stick up. The service was very overpriced aswell, am not happy with it.

Spend $500.00 for a 1st year student to be touching my hair I had shampoo and things lefted in my my ear.. I found the guy and the young girl doing very rude. I hate my hair I showed them what I wanted and what I have isn't what I wanted. Way to short, paid alot money to feel disappointed . They used boards when foiling my hair it was pulling couldn't tell they wouldn't care.. the guy was very rude and not nice at worst place I've ever been and will not be back. I got charged full price for some one to be trained I'm foaming

DONT GO IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR HAIR RIPPED Very disappointed honestly. Went to get a trim and style for my brothers wedding. They didn’t ask me what length I wanted taken off. They didn’t ask how I wanted my hair styled (I have curly hair so wanted to keep this a part of the look) they straightened my hair. They did a blow dry very rough pulling my hair I had to pull away the entire time. The service was appalling. Waste of money. The guy was very rude.

Rodrigo is one of the best stylists I have ever been to, knows exactly what you want when it comes to the cut and style. I always feel so much better leaving and he is efficient and friendly. Thank you again!

Really bad service and horribly overpriced. I didn't have a chance to properly explain what I wanted as the stylist was pushing additional treatments and trying to sell products instead. My undercut was shaved brazenly one handed and not sectioned out properly and despite saying when dried, I like my curly hair to sit at chin height, it was cut terribly short. Would not recommend as they care more about trying to sell you their products than listening to what you want in a haircut and actually doing a good considerate job

Extremely disappointed in the service at Rodney Wayne Hornby. If I could give zero stars I would. When I arrived at Rodney Wayne for my booking, I went to the till to advise I was there for my cut. A lady who was working at the till looked me up and down, turned around and walked away to work on the product display. What display of disrespect! They charge a fortune and treat people with such disdain! Rodrigo who was meant to cut my hair was near the till, so I said I'm here for my appointment. He said go sit in the chair. So I did. He asked what I wanted so I showed him a photo. He looked at me and the photo, said with attitude, what number cut is that? A 6, 8 what? So I said not sure, but you are the hairdresser, can't you tell? He said it's hard from the photo, and asked me again, what number cut is it. So I repeated myself that I don't know, I am not the hairdresser here. Considering I am paying so much, to get this kind of service. He said, oh well it's going to cost $60. So I said I made a booking online and it showed $58 for the men's cut. In store they said $60. When asked about the reason, they said that's an extra charge they charge for me booking online?!?!?. Then why did it show as $58 online? What rubbish. I am extremely disgusted and cannot describe the way this whole experience made me feel. I am.a paying customer, do NOT judge me or any customer as they pay your wages!!! Do NOT act so useless, when it's your job to cut the customers hair and do it well. I walked out before any cutting was done, and refuse to ever go back to such a disrespectful and rude salon. Learn customer service and never JUDGE people ever. We pay your wages and for your service. I will never return to this Salon and do NOT recommend them to anyone ever. Rather pay 1/3 of the cost at Just Cuts and get better service.
