★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unsere Tochter war mir dieser Organisation ein halbes Jahr in Neuseeland. Wir können jeder Familie Study Nelson nur wärmstens empfehlen. In der Krise scheiden sich die Geister und das Krisenmanagement in Corona-Zeiten war absolut vorbildlich. Aber auch viele Mails aus dem Alltag ("wir wollten uns einfach mal melden"....) haben gezeigt, dass die Menschen Study Nelson wirklich am Herzen liegen. Wir würden jederzeit die Leistungen der Organisation wieder in Anspruch nehmen.
 Our daughter spent six months in New Zealand with this organization. We highly recommend Study Nelson to every family. In the crisis, opinions differ and the crisis management in Corona times was absolutely exemplary. But many emails from everyday life ("we just wanted to get in touch" ...) have shown that Study Nelson really cares about the people. We would use the services of the organization again at any time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unsere Tochter war für insgesamt 2,5 Jahre in Neuseeland und hat dort auch ihr (international anerkanntes) Abitur gemacht. Ein unglaubliches Abenteuer mit Erfahrungen und Erinnerungen, die zweifelsfrei lebenslang anhalten werden. Über die gesamte Organisation, das lokale Team und die Betreuung vor und während des Aufenthaltes finden wir nur lobende Worte. Insbesondere auch als es einmal schwieriger wurde, war Study Nelson mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle. Wir bedanken uns nachhaltig und wünschen der Organisation, und ganz besonders allen aktuellen und zukünftigen Schülern, eine ebenso grandiose und wertvolle Zeit. DANKE und beste Grüße nach NZ.
Our daughter was in New Zealand for a total of 2.5 years and also did her (internationally recognized) high school there. An incredible adventure with experiences and memories that will undoubtedly last for a lifetime. We can only find words of praise for the entire organization, the local team and the support before and during the stay. Especially when things got more difficult, Study Nelson was on hand to offer advice and assistance. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unsere Tochter war aufgrund einer Empfehlung von Freunden mit Study Nelson in Neuseeland. Es war für uns alle ein großer Schritt. Dabei haben wir uns die ganze Zeit rundum herzlich und gut betreut gefühlt. Alle Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet und bei aufkommenden Schwierigkeiten konstruktiv nach Lösungen gesucht. Eine bessere Betreuung kann ich mir kaum vorstellen!
Our daughter was in New Zealand with Study Nelson on a recommendation from friends. It was a big step for all of us. We felt very warm and well looked after the whole time. All questions were answered immediately and solutions were sought constructively in the event of difficulties. I can hardly imagine better support!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unser Sohn war in 2019/20 für 1 Jahr mit Study Nelson in Neuseeland. Vom ersten Kontakt in Deutschland über die Vorbereitungstreffen, Abflug, Aufenthalt bis zur Rückkehr waren wir immer gut informiert und wussten ihn in bester Betreuung. Selbst während des kurzen, aber heftigen Lockdowns war Organisation mit Herz und Verstand sowie Kommunikation immer erstklassig. Ein großes Danke an das gesamte Team. Besser geht's nicht. Auch heute besteht noch regelmäßig Kontakt zu seinen Gasteltern und neuseeländischen Freunden. Unsere Empfehlung ohne wenn und aber.
Our son was in New Zealand with Study Nelson for 1 year in 2019/20. From the first contact in Germany to the preparatory meeting, departure, stay and return, we were always well informed and knew he was being looked after. Even during the short but violent lockdown, organization with heart and mind and communication were always first class. A big thank you to the whole team. It couldn't be better. Even today there is still regular contact with his host parents and New Zealand friends. Our recommendation with no ifs or buts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben Study Nelson 2018 auf einer der damals noch möglichen Auslandsmessen für SchülerInnen entdeckt: Ein kleiner Stand in der Ecke, fast übersehen. Dass wir Study Nelson doch noch gesehen haben, war ein sehr großes Glück! Meine Tochter ist dann 2019 nach Neuseeland gereist, sie wollte ursprünglich nur 5 Monate bleiben, blieb dann aber ein Jahr.
Und von Anfang an bis zum Ende hatten wir immer die Gewissheit einer unglaublich professionellen, aber trotzdem sehr persönlichen, immer ansprechbaren und extrem freundlichen Betreuung. Dem ganzen Team bei Study Nelson ein riesiges Dankeschön für Ihre Arbeit, und ganz speziell Melissa Gottwald für ihr immer offenes Ohr und Ihre Hilfe!
Auch in der schwierigen Zeit der beginnenden Corona-Pandemie, der chaotischen Rückreisesituation und bei den gefühlt zig Flug-Umbuchungen der Fluggesellschaften konnten wir uns immer auf die Hilfe vor Ort, am anderen Ende der Welt verlassen.
Diese Sicherheit ist unbezahlbar.
Für einen Schüleraufenthalt in Neuseeland kann ich Study Nelson uneingeschränkt empfehlen. (Und nein, ich werde nicht von Study Nelson für diese Rezension bezahlt...;-))
We discovered Study Nelson in 2018 at one of the then still possible foreign trade fairs for schoolchildren: A small stand in the corner, almost overlooked. It was very lucky that we saw Study Nelson after all! My daughter then traveled to New Zealand in 2019, she originally only wanted to stay 5 months, but then stayed for a year.
And from the beginning to the end, we always had the certainty of an incredibly professional, but still very personal, always approachable and extremely friendly support. A huge thank you to the whole team at Study Nelson for their work, and especially Melissa Gottwald for her always open ear and your help!
Even in the difficult time of the beginning corona pandemic, the chaotic return trip situation and the seemingly umpteen flight changes made by the airlines, we could always rely on the help on site, at the other end of the world.
This security is priceless.
For a student stay in New Zealand, I can unreservedly recommend Study Nelson. (And no, I'm not getting paid for this review by Study Nelson ... ;-))

Study Nelson ist vielleicht nicht der günstigste Anbieter für einen Schulaufenthalt in Neuseeland, aber die Organisation und Betreuung vor Ort sind wirklich absolut spitze! Wer einen super-erfahrenen Ansprechpartner vor Ort haben möchte, dem kann ich Study Nelson ans Herz legen - die Beratung im Vorfeld zur Wahl von Ort und Schule sind ebenso hervorragend wie die Betreuung vor Ort und das umfangreiche Zusatzangebot, das die Schüler zusammenbringt. Einen kritischen Fall, bei dem wir Unterstützung gebraucht hätten, gab es bei uns zwar nicht, aber wir haben von dem ein oder anderen Problem gehört, bei dem ist sicherlich extrem hilfreich war, dass Study Nelson direkt vor Ort ist. In Summe: glatte 5*
Excellent organization and support! Study Nelson may not be the cheapest provider for a school trip to New Zealand, but the organization and support on site are really great! If you would like to have a very experienced contact person on site, I can recommend Study Nelson - the advice in advance on choosing a location and school is just as excellent as the on-site support and the extensive additional offer that brings the students together. We did not have a critical case in which we needed support, but we have heard of one or the other problem where it was certainly extremely helpful that Study Nelson is on site. In total: a smooth 5 *

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn man sein Kind ans andere Ende der Welt reisen lässt, ist es eine ganz besondere Art, sein Kind loszulassen. Es fällt keinem Elternteil leicht, so einen großen Schritt zu machen. Vor allem macht man sich um die Sicherheit Sorgen und es gibt ganz viele Gedanken: Was ist, wenn mein Kind krank wird, wer wird da sein, wenn es traurig ist, an wen kann es sich wenden, wenn es in der Schule/Familie....Probleme gibt..... Man kann nicht schnell mal nach Neuseeland nachreisen und diese Hindernisse aus dem Weg räumen. Aber mit Study Nelson ist Ihr Kind bestens betreut. Auch wir als Eltern hatten hier daheim eine Ansprechpartnerin, die wirklich 24 Stunden für uns erreichbar war. Wir mussten Lara aufgrund der Corona-Epedemie kurzfristig zurückholen und wickelten diesen Rückholflug übers Außenamt ab, da gerade Wochenende war. Trotzdem war Lara nie alleine. Sie wurde am Flughafen in Wellington empfangen und bis zum Abfluggate begleitet, in Auckland bei ihrem Zwischenstopp wurde sie wieder von Study Nelson Mitarbeitern empfangen. Auch mit den Mitarbeitern vor Ort war die Kommunikation bestens. Wir bekamen schnellstmöglich Antworten auf unsere Fragen. Wir als Eltern hatten zu keiner Zeit das Gefühl, alleine zu sein mit unseren Sorgen. ICH WÜRDE MEINE TOCHTER SOFORT WIEDER MIT STUDY NELSON REISEN LASSEN. Sie wird ihren Aupair-Aufenthalt auch über Study Nelson abwickeln! BESTES SERVICE!
If you let your child travel to the other end of the world, it is a very special way to let go of your child. It is not easy for any parent to take such a big step. Above all, one worries about safety and there are a lot of thoughts: what if my child gets sick, who will be there when it is sad, who can it turn to when it is at school / family. ... There are problems ..... You cannot quickly travel to New Zealand and remove these obstacles. But with Study Nelson your child is well looked after. As parents, we also had a contact person at home who was really available for us 24 hours a day. Due to the corona epidemic, we had to bring Lara back at short notice and handled this return flight via the external office, as it was the weekend. Still, Lara was never alone. She was received at the airport in Wellington and escorted to the departure gate, in Auckland during her stopover she was received again by Study Nelson employees. Communication with the employees on site was also excellent. We got answers to our questions as quickly as possible. At no point did we as parents feel that we were alone with our worries. I WOULD LET MY DAUGHTER TRAVEL AGAIN WITH STUDY NELSON IMMEDIATELY. She will also handle her au pair stay through Study Nelson! BEST SERVICE!
