β β β β β Great yoga classes, with a relaxed and very welcoming atmosphere. Classes are at a nice pace and Rod and the other instructors go out of their way to give individual advice and guidance when you need it.. The yoga class passes are great value too. Highly recommended.

β β β β β Yoga Space will be always one of the highlights of my 3 moths long stay in Nelson. Rod is a great instructor, focusing not only on physical aspects but also providing amazing meditation experience. Rod talks you through all postures and is not hesitating to correct and help you. He shows easier and harder versions so you can adjust the practice to your own level of practice and fitness. His way of teaching helped me to improve and to see the improvement clearly from lecture to lecture. The atmosphere during the classes is open and egoless, which is exactly what I seek for. Value for the price is amazing. As a backpacker, I appreciated the discount a lot. Thanks again for everything!

β β β β β I've been going to Rod's classes for many years now, and they have become an integral part of my routine. When I first started at yoga, I was very inflexible. Rod has been brilliant in teaching me how to adjust the postures so they work best for my body, whilst challenging myself physically and mentally. Over the years, I have learnt to apply the concepts Rod teaches in class to my day-to-day life. I am absolutely a better person for my time as one of Rod's students. He is a super yoga teacher - approachable, knowledgeable, funny and wise.

β β β β β Truly one of the best yoga classes I have been to. My knowledge has expanded so much with Rod's teaching. In each class we are given adjustments, we are encouraged to find our own individual edge and to delve into the goodness of finding your breath. It is tough going at times but to me that provided a good development into my own yoga practice. There is a good sense of community and everyone is welcome. Big thumbs up and feel lucky to be part of a wonderful place.
